AN ORDINANCE approving and adopting the Memorandum of Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the Professional and Technical Employees, Local 17, representing Involuntary Commitment Supervisors employees working in the Crisis and Commitment Services section in the department of community and human services, and establishing the effective date of the agreement.

Body

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The Memorandum of Agreement negotiated by and between King County and the Professional and Technical Employees, Local 17, representing Involuntary Commitment Supervisors employees working in the Crisis and Commitment Services section in the department of community and human services, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective on the effective date of this ordinance, through and including December 31, 2024.
