      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 (Transit Design and Construction Supervisors - Interest Arbitration) representing employees in the department of transportation and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from June 11, 2008, through and including December 31, 2011.
