A MOTION acknowledging receipt of and approving a report on the summary of usage of the King County men’s winter shelter for 2014-2015, an analysis of alternative shelter locations and a description of potential opportunities for shelter-related coordination with the city of Seattle, as required by the 2015/2016 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 17941, Section 86, Proviso P1.

                     WHEREAS, Ordinance 17941, Section 86, Proviso P1, concerned $50,000 that shall not be expended or encumbered until the executive transmits a report on the summary of usage of the King County men's winter shelter for 2014-2015, an analysis of alternative shelter locations and a description of potential opportunities for shelter-related coordination with the city of Seattle; and a motion that approves the report is passed by the council;

                     NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:

                     The council acknowledges receipt of and approves the report, as described in this

motion, and releases $50,000 for expenditure of the $50,000 that is the subject of the 2015/2016 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 17941, Section 86, Proviso P1.
