      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and Amalgamated Transit Union Local 587 (Transit - Supplemental Rail Agreement and Rail Labor Agreement (Exhibit D Supplemental and Exhibit D)) representing employees in the department of transportation and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from ratification through and including October 31, 2007.
