      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  Ordinance 15652, Section 124, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
      From the solid waste capital improvement project fund there is hereby appropriated and authorized to be disbursed the following amount for the specific projects identified in Attachment A to this ordinance.

      PROVIDED THAT:
      No amount of this $5,819,000 appropriation shall be expended or encumbered unless the price to acquire King County parcel number 5453300320, as set forth in a purchase and sale agreement executed by the owner and the county, is less than 110 percent of the appraised fair market value of the property as estimated by a state certified general real estate appraiser retained by the county.
      SECTION 2.  Attachment A to this ordinance hereby amends Attachment G to Ordinance 15652, as amended, by adding thereto and inserting therein the projects listed in Attachment A to this ordinance.
