AN ORDINANCE relating to exterior lighting in residential areas; and adding a new section to K.C.C. chapter 21A.16.

Body

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     NEW SECTION.  SECTION 1.  There is hereby added to K.C.C. chapter 21A.16 a new section to read as follows:

                     All exterior lighting fixtures within the R1-8 zones shall be installed and

maintained so as not to cause light from the fixture to be directed toward windows or buildings on adjacent or nearby residential properties.
