                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement regarding Total Compensation 2019-2020 Reopener Agreement negotiated by and between King County and Washington State Council of County and City Employees, Council 2, Local 2084-SC (Superior Court - Staff (Wages Only)) representing employees in the superior court, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2019, through and including December 31, 2020.
