                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement regarding Accretion of the Mechanic-Automotive Machinist - HD apprentice job classification negotiated by and between King County and Joint Crafts Council, International Association of Machinists and Aerospace Workers, Local 289 representing employees in the department of executive services, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective upon adoption by King County ordinance, and continuing permanently.
