BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in attachment A to this ordinance, the report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated March 31, 2017, to approve subject to conditions, the application for public benefit rating system assessed valuation for open space submitted by Travis and Alison Watson for property located at 6003, 5901, and 5900 Tolt River Road NE, Carnation, WA, designated department of natural resources and parks, water and land resources division file no. E16CT047, and the council does hereby adopt as its action the
recommendation or recommendations contained in the report.
