                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement negotiated by and between King County and the Joint Labor Management Insurance Committee (JLMIC) regarding Health Benefits (Benefit Access Fee, Preventive Services (Affordable Care Act)) for benefits-eligible employees represented by labor organizations that have agreed to adopt recommendations negotiated and established by the JLMIC, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2016, through and including December 31, 2016.
