AN ORDINANCE relating to an interlocal agreement between King County and the Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority for full-time transit police services; authorizing the executive to execute an amendment extending the term of the agreement authorized by Ordinance 17715; and amending its Exhibit B; and declaring an emergency.
Body
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

A. In December 2013, the county council adopted Ordinance 17715, which authorized the county executive to execute an interlocal agreement between King County and the Central Puget Sound Regional Transit Authority for full-time police services between January 1, 2014, and December 31, 2018.
