                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  This ordinance makes a supplemental appropriation of $68,000 from the physical environment general fund transfers.

                     SECTION 2.  Ordinance 17941, Section 45, as amended, is hereby amended to read as follows:
