Title
AN ORDINANCE authorizing the condemnation of property interests needed for the Fifteen Mile Creek Bridge No.493C replacement project located in unincorporated King County along SE May Valley Road 0.2 miles west of Issaquah-Hobart Road SE in council district nine.
Body
SECTION 1. Findings:
A. King County's Fifteen Mile Creek Bridge No.493C project will replace the existing King County timber bridge originally built in 1932 that is now past its useful life. D. To carry out the Fifteen Mile Creek Bridge No.493C project, it is necessary for King County to condemn and damage certain lands, property rights, and rights in property.
E. King County council finds that public health, safety, necessity, convenience, and welfare require that the Fifteen Mile Creek Bridge No.493C...
