                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  Ordinance 13330, Section 24, as amended, and K.C.C. 4A.630.050 are hereby amended to read as follows:

                     The department of judicial administration is hereby authorized to assess a fee to participants in the department's continuing legal education program.  The fee assessed for

participation in the program shall be two hundred fifty dollars to cover all costs of materials and presentation.
