AN ORDINANCE making supplemental appropriations of $20,826,386 to the public transportation construction fund; and amending the 2008-09 Biennium Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15975, Section 137, as amended, and Attachment H, as amended.

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  Ordinance 15975, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
      PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION CONSTRUCTION FUND - From the public transportation construction fund, for a project appropriation involving the Burien Transit Oriented Development Garage project identified in Attachment A to this ordinance, there is hereby appropriated to:

      SECTION 2.  Attachment A to this ordinance hereby amends Attachment H to Ordinance 15975, as amended, by adding the Burien TOD Garage project to Ordinance 15975.
