A MOTION acknowledging receipt of the Skykomish Evacuations Alternatives Analysis Report as required by the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19546, Section 23, Proviso P1.

WHEREAS, the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19546, Section 23, appropriated moneys for the office of emergency management from the general fund and included Proviso P1, requiring executive transmittal of a Skykomish evacuations alternatives analysis report, receipt of which is to be acknowledged by the council by motion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The receipt of the Skykomish Evacuations Alternatives Analysis Report, as
described in this motion and required under the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19546, Section 23, Proviso P1, is hereby acknowledged.
