AN ORDINANCE abolishing various operating and capital funds and sub-funds in fiscal year 2011; transferring any remaining net assets and fund balances; making technical corrections; amending Ordinance 12076, Section 9, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.08.015, and repealing Ordinance 12076, Section 31, and K.C.C. 4.08.270.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby approved and adopted the abolishment of capital funds in fiscal year 2011 as presented in section 2 of this ordinance, and the transfer of any remaining net assets and fund balances for K.C.C. chapter 4.08 funds and for administrative subfunds presented in Attachment A to this ordinance.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 12076, Section 9, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.08.015 are each hereby amended to read as follows:
