      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and Professional and Technical Employees, Local 17 (Section Managers) representing employees in the departments of natural resources and parks, transportation, and development and environmental services and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2011, through and including December 31, 2013.
