A MOTION accepting a report by the facilities management division in the department of executive services on the projected annual revenue, workload and staffing needs of the real estate services section in 2011 through 2015, as required in the 2011 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 16984, Section 27, Proviso P2.

WHEREAS, a proviso in the 2011 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 16984, Section 27, Proviso P2, requires acceptance by motion of a report addressing the projected annual revenue, workload and staffing needs of the real estate services section in 2011 through 2015, and
WHEREAS, the facilities management division has collaborated with council staff and the customers of the real estate services section to provide a report as directed, and
WHEREAS, the executive has transmitted to the council with this motion a copy of the report as directed;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The report projecting annual revenue, workload and staffing needs of the real
estate services section in 2011 through 2015, Attachment A to this motion, is hereby accepted.
