      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  This ordinance does hereby adopt and incorporate herein as its findings and conclusions the findings and conclusions contained in the revised report and recommendation of the hearing examiner dated April 15, 2011, to approve subject to conditions, the application for public benefit rating system assessed valuation for open space submitted by Matthew Sanborn for property located south and west of and adjacent to 11327 Upper Preston Road Southeast, Issaquah, WA 98027, designated department of natural resources and parks, water and land resources division file no. E10CT052, and the
council does hereby adopt as its action the recommendation or recommendations contained in the revised report.
