BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY
SECTION 1. Ordinance 13332, Section 38 as amended and K.C.C. 27.10.230 are each hereby amended to read as follows:
A fixed Fee for the processing of current use permits shall be charged as follows:
A. Farm and agricultural land classification $181.00
B. Open Space and timber land ((less than twenty acres)) $((241.00))
480.00
((Open space and timber greater than twenty acres $483.00))
SECTION 2. Ordinance 13332, Section 38, as amended, and K.C.C. 27.10.230 are each hereby recodified as a new section in K.C.C. chapter 20.36.
