      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The memorandum of understanding negotiated by and between King County and the King County Police Officers Guild (King County Sheriff's Office) and the King County Court Protection Guild (Court Protection - County Marshals, King County Sheriff's Office) representing employees in the King County sheriff's office and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall become effective upon full ratification by the parties.
