A MOTION relating to solid waste; acknowledging receipt of the sustainable aviation fuel report as required by the 2021-2022 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19210, Section 107, Proviso P1, as amended.

WHEREAS, by the 2021-2022 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19210, Section 107, Proviso P1, as amended, the King County council adopted and the executive approved a proviso encumbering a total of one hundred thousand dollars from the solid waste fund and requiring a sustainable aviation fuel report and a motion acknowledging receipt of said report, and
WHEREAS, the executive has transmitted to the council the requested report entitled Conversion of Municipal Solid Waste to Sustainable Aviation Fuel Feasibility Study along with a motion acknowledging the receipt thereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The King County council hereby acknowledges receipt of the sustainable aviation
fuel report, Attachment A to this motion, as required by Ordinance 19210, Section 107, Proviso P1, as amended.
