                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated by and between King County and the Washington State Nurses Association (Staff Nurses - Department of Public Health and Department of Adult and Juvenile Detention) representing employees in the aforementioned departments, which is Attachment A to this ordinance, is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2023, through and including December 31, 2024.
