A MOTION acknowledging receipt of a letter certifying the county's inquest website has been improved as required by the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19546, Section 24, Proviso P1.

WHEREAS, the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19546, Section 24, appropriated moneys for the office of inquest included Proviso P1, requiring executive transmittal of a letter certifying the county's inquest website has been improved, receipt of which is to be acknowledged by the council by motion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The receipt of the letter accompanying this motion, as described in this motion
and required under the 2023-2024 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19546, Section 24, Proviso P1, is hereby acknowledged.
