AN ORDINANCE making a net supplemental appropriation of $8,884,000 to various general fund agencies, a net supplemental appropriation of $7,118,000 to various non-general fund agencies and a net supplemental appropriation of $8,999,893 from various capital fund budgets; and amending the 2021-2022 Biennial Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 19210, Sections 32, 35, 43, 43, 48, 50, 59, 70, 70, 89, 89, 100, 106, 106 and 129, as amended, and Attachment A, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 19210, Section 32, as amended, is hereby amended as follows:
DISTRICT COURT - From the general fund there is hereby appropriated to:
District court $406,000
SECTION 2. Ordinance 19210, Section 35, as amended, is hereby amended as follows:
STATE AUDITOR - From the general fund there is hereby appropriated to:
State auditor $750,000
SECTION 3. Ordinance 19210, Section 43, as amended, is hereby amended as follows:
GENERAL FUND TRANSFER TO DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND HUMAN SERVICES - From the general fund there is hereby disappropriated from:
General fund transfer to department of community and
human services ($3,269,000)
SECTION 4. The council directs that section 3 of this ordinance takes effect before section 5 of this ordinance.
SECTION 5. Ordinance 19210, Section 43, as amended, is hereby amended as follows:
GENERAL FUND TRANSFER TO DEPARTMENT OF COMMUNITY AND HUMAN SERVICES - From the general fund there is hereby appropriated to:
General fund transfer to department of community and

ER1 EXPENDITURE RESTRICTION:
Of this appropriation, $450,000 shall be expended or encumbered solely to contract with the organizations selected by council districts.
