AN ORDINANCE abolishing various funds and transferring any remaining net assets and fund balances; and repealing Ordinance 17752, Section 8, and K.C.C. 4A.200.283, Ordinance 17752, Section 16, and K.C.C 4A.200.383 and Ordinance 17752, Section 24, and K.C.C. 4A.200.745.

                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  There is hereby approved and adopted the December 2022 statement of residual balances of the funds prepared for closure, as presented in Attachment A to this ordinance.  Abolishment of county funds and the transfer of any remaining net assets and fund balances for those county funds as presented in Attachment A to this ordinance is approved and adopted.

                     SECTION 2.  The following are hereby repealed:

                     A.  Ordinance 17752, Section 8, and K.C.C. 4A.200.283;

                     B.  Ordinance 17752, Section 16, and K.C.C. 4A.200.383; and

                     C.  Ordinance 17752, Section 24, and K.C.C. 4A.200.745.
