                     BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

                     SECTION 1.  The two memoranda of agreement negotiated by and between King County and the Joint Labor Management Insurance Committee of Unions regarding insured benefits for Joint Labor Management Insurance Committee of Unions represented benefits-eligible employees and any non-represented employees identified by King County deemed eligible to receive these benefits, which are Attachment A and Attachment B to this ordinance, are hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

                     SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of the two memoranda of agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2023, through and including December 31, 2024.
