STATEMENT OF FACTS:
1.  The United States Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, Mt. Baker-Snoqualmie National Forest, desires to provide enhanced law enforcement services on Forest Service lands.
2.  The county has the ability to provide those policing and law enforcement services.
3.  Participation in this agreement is to the benefit of the citizens of King County.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY
      SECTION 1.  The county executive is authorized to execute an agreement, substantially in the form attached to this ordinance, with the United States Department of
