AN ORDINANCE relating to traffic control; removing prohibitions on parking at all times on 104th Avenue Southwest, on the west side from Southwest Cowan Road to Southwest 110th Street, and Southwest 110th Street, on the south side from 103rd Avenue Southwest to 104th Avenue Southwest, on Vashon Island; amending Ordinance 5292, Section 7, as amended, and K.C.C. 46.04.060, Schedule 14, and repealing Ordinance 9723, Section 1, Ordinance 9723, Section 2 and Ordinance 9723, Section 3.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. In accordance with the department of transportation, road services division, traffic engineering studies and as authorized by chapter 46.90 RCW and Ordinance 5292, Section 7, as amended, and K.C.C. 46.04.060, Schedule 14, which prohibits parking at all times along certain county roads, is amended to remove the following roadways:
A. 104th Avenue Southwest, on the west side from Southwest Cowan Road to Southwest 110th Street; and
B. Southwest 110th Street, on the south side from 103rd Avenue Southwest to 104th Avenue Southwest.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 9723, Section 1, Ordinance 9723, Section 2, and Ordinance 9723, Section 3, are each hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. Sign removal to reflect the changes to Ordinance 5292, Section 7,
as amended, and K.C.C. 46.04.060, Schedule 14, in sections 1 and 2 of this ordinance shall be performed by the proper authority.
