      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  Ordinance 16312, Section 47, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:

      ADULT AND JUVENILE DETENTION - From the general fund there is hereby

appropriated to:

      Adult and juvenile detention      $10,226,494
