AN ORDINANCE relating to road names; changing the name of 136th Place Southwest to Tabor Avenue Southwest.

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The roadway presently known as 136th Place Southwest, located in the SE ΒΌ of Section 26, Township 23 North, Range 2 East, W.M., on Vashon Island, in the plat of Beulah Park Chautauqua Grounds and described as follows:  beginning at Southwest 172nd Street at a point adjacent to the southeast corner of parcel 0786000095 and extending northerly approximately 565' to a point east of the northeast corner of parcel 0786000005, is hereby redesignated as Tabor Avenue Southwest as shown in the map on Attachment A to this ordinance.
      SECTION 2.  Notice of the proposed name change has been provided to the affected property owners as required by K.C.C. 16.08.020.
      SECTION 3.  The director of the department of transportation shall accomplish any necessary sign changes within sixty days of the effective date of this ordinance.
      SECTION 4.  The director of the department of development and environmental services shall accomplish any necessary address change notifications within seventy days of the effective date of this ordinance.
      SECTION 5.  Any necessary address changes shall be effective ninety days following the effective date of this ordinance.
