      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and Public Safety Employees Union (Legal Administrative Specialists) representing employees in the department of judicial administration and attached hereto are hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreements shall be effective from January 1, 2009, through and including December 31, 2011.
