AN ORDINANCE relating to road names; changing the name of a portion of Southeast 300th Street to Southeast Falcon Way.

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The roadway presently known as Southeast 300th Street, located in the SW 1/4 of Section 4, Township 21 North, Range 6 East, W.M. as depicted in the plat of Kentlake Highlands Division 1B, recording # 20060620000259 and described as follows:  beginning at the southern point of 219th Avenue Southeast adjacent to the northern corner of parcel 0421069011, thence southwesterly to a point midway on the northern edge of parcel 0421069106, thence westerly to the end of the roadway at the western boundary of parcel 0421069087, is hereby redesignated as Southeast Falcon Way as shown in the map on Attachment A to this ordinance.
      SECTION 2.  Notice of the proposed name change has been provided to the affected property owners as required by K.C.C. 16.08.020.
      SECTION 3.  The director of the department of transportation shall accomplish any necessary sign changes within sixty days of the effective date of this ordinance.
      SECTION 4.  The director of the department of development and environmental services shall accomplish any necessary address change notifications within seventy days of the effective date of this ordinance.
      SECTION 5.  Any necessary address changes shall be effective ninety days following the effective date of this ordinance.
