Title
AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $660,000 to assessments; and amending the 2009 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 16312, Section 39, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. There is hereby approved and adopted an ordinance making a supplemental appropriation of $660,000 to assessments to implement the collective bargaining agreement and memorandum of agreement negotiated by and between King County and Public, Professional & Office-Clerical Employees and Drivers, Teamsters Local 763 representing employees in the department of assessments.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 16312, Section 39, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
ASSESSMENTS - From the general expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
