AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $4,278,138 to the sheriff; and amending the 2009 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 16312, Section 19, as amended.

Body

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  There is hereby approved and adopted an ordinance making a supplemental appropriation of $4,278,138 to the sheriff to implement the King County Police Officers Guild Collective Bargaining Agreement for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2009.

      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 16312, Section 19, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:

      SHERIFF - From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
