An ORDINANCE amending the agreement between King County and the King County Flood Control Zone District to authorize advance payments for services.

STATEMENT OF FACTS:
1. King County and the King County Flood Control Zone District have entered into the Interlocal Agreement Between King County and the King County Flood Control Zone District Regarding Support Services.
2. Pursuant to RCW 42.24.080, the county and the district desire to amend the agreement to authorize advance payments to the county for services under the agreement.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. The executive is authorized to sign the amendment to the Interlocal
Agreement Between King County and the King County Flood Control Zone District Regarding Support Services, which is Attachment A to this ordinance.
