AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $345,451 to internal support; $1,046,822 to OIRM- telecommunications to rebate equipment replacement charges collected primarily in 2007; disappropriating $1,046,822 from the capital improvement project fund; and amending the 2009 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 16312, Sections 38, 117 and 125, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. From the general fund there is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $345,451 to internal support; from the telecommunications fund a supplemental appropriation of $1,046,822 to oirm - telecommunications to rebate equipment replacement charges collected primarily in 2007 to replace the aging county voicemail systems; and disappropriating $1,046,822 from the capital improvement project fund.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 16312, Section 38, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
INTERNAL SUPPORT - From the general fund there is hereby appropriated to:
Internal support $345,451
SECTION 3. Ordinance 16312, Section 117, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
OIRM -TELECOMMUNICATIONS - From the telecommunications fund there is hereby appropriated to:
OIRM - telecommunications $1,046,822
SECTION 4. Ordinance 16312, Section 125, as amended is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
From several capital improvement project funds there is hereby disappropriated and authorized to be disbursed the following amount for the specific project identified in Attachment A to this ordinance.
