      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and Office & Professional Employees International Union, Local 8 representing employees in the department of assessments and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2009, through and including December 31, 2011.
