AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $18,992,014 to federal housing and community development for reappropriation from 2007; and amending the 2008 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15975, Section 100, as amended.

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  From the federal housing and community development fund there is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $18,992,014 to federal housing and community development for reappropriation from 2007.

      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 15975, Section 100, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:

      FEDERAL HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT - From the

federal housing and community development fund there is hereby appropriated to:
