      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  From the public health fund there is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $4,585,738 to public health for the budget reappropriation from 2007 and to replenish the grant contingency budget.

      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 15975, Section 93, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:

      PUBLIC HEALTH - From the public health fund there is hereby appropriated to:

      Public health      $4,585,738

The maximum number of additional FTEs for public health shall be:      3.50
