AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $2,487,674 to MHCADS - alcoholism and substance abuse for the budget reappropriation from 2007; and amending the 2008 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15975, Section 82, as amended.

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  From the alcoholism and substance abuse services fund there is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $2,487,674 to MHCADS - alcoholism and substance abuse for the budget reappropriation from 2007.

      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 15975, Section 82, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:

      MHCADS - ALCOHOLISM AND SUBSTANCE ABUSE - From the alcoholism

and substance abuse services fund there is hereby appropriated to:

      MHCADS - alcoholism and substance abuse      $2,487,674
