AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $4,562,500 to veterans and family levy for reappropriation from 2007; and amending the 2008 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15975, Section 73, as amended.

      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  From the veterans and family levy fund there is hereby approved and adopted a supplemental appropriation of $4,562,500 to the veterans and family levy for reappropriation from 2007.

      SECTION 2.  Ordinance 15975, Section 73, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:

      VETERANS AND FAMILY LEVY - From the veterans and family levy fund

there is hereby appropriated to:

      Veterans and family levy      $4,562,500
