      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:

      SECTION 1.  The memorandum of agreement negotiated between King County and International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 117 (Professional and Technical Employees Unit) representing employees in the office of information resources management and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.

      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from March 10, 2007, through and including December 31, 2008.
