AN ORDINANCE designating the citizen councilor fund as a tier 1 fund; and amending Ordinance 12076, Section 9, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.08.015.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 15896 created a volunteer citizen councilor network within the legislative branch to enhance citizen participation, civic engagement and citizen education in county government. To account for donations associated with the citizen councilor network, the ordinance also created the citizen councilor revolving fund. This ordinance amends K.C.C. 4.08.015 by designating this citizen councilor fund as a tier 1 fund.
SECTION 2. Ordinance 12076, Section 9, as amended, and K.C.C. 4.08.015 is hereby amended to read as follows:
