Title
AN ORDINANCE making a supplemental appropriation of $91,205 to public health and emergency medical services CX transfers, $141,572 to jail health services and $438,384 to public health, and a disappropriation of $232,777 from salary and wage contingency; and amending the 2008 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15975, Sections 40, 47, 50 and 93, as amended.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
SECTION 1. Ordinance 15975, Section 47, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
PUBLIC HEALTH AND EMERGENCY MEDICAL SERVICES CX TRANSFERS - From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
Public health and emergency medical services CX transfers $91,205
SECTION 2. Ordinance 15975, Section 50, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
JAIL HEALTH SERVICES - From the current expense fund there is hereby appropriated to:
Jail health services $141,572
SECTION 3. Ordinance 15975, Section 93, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
PUBLIC HEALTH - From the public health fund there is hereby appropriated to:
Public health $438,349
SECTION 4. Ordinance 15975, Section 40, as amended, is hereby amended by adding thereto and inserting therein the following:
SALARY AND WAGE CONTINGENCY - From the current expense fund there
