      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement and two memoranda of agreement negotiated between King County and Technical Employees Association (Department of Transportation - Supervisors, Interest Arbitration) representing employees in the department of transportation and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
 
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from January 1, 2005 through and including December 31, 2007.
