      BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  The collective bargaining agreement negotiated between King County and Office & Professional Employees International Union, Local 8 representing employees in the departments of public health (division of alcohol, tobacco and other drugs prevention) and community and human services (mental health, chemical abuse and dependency services division); and attached hereto is hereby approved and adopted by this reference made a part hereof.
      SECTION 2.  Terms and conditions of said agreement shall be effective from September 1, 2006, through and including August 31, 2009.
