Title
A MOTION approving the Dockton Road Preservation - north half and south half Alternatives Analysis Work Plan.
Body
WHEREAS, the King County council in approving the 2007 Budget Ordinance, Ordinance 15652, included four provisos that limit expenditure or encumbrance of funds for the Dockton Road Preservation - north half project (CIP 300111) and the Dockton Road Preservation - south half project (CIP 300208), until the council approves by motion a work plan transmitted by the executive for an alternatives analysis of the project, and
WHEREAS, the provisos are contained in Ordinance 15652, Section 58, Provisos P1 and P2, and Section 120, Provisos P1 and P2, and
WHEREAS, the executive has transmitted the work plan called for in the provisos, and
WHEREAS, the work plan includes a scope of work, tasks, list of evaluative criteria to be used, schedule, milestones and budget for the work, in satisfaction of the requirements specified in the provisos;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT MOVED by the Council of King County:
The work plan, entitled Dockton Road Preservation - north half and south half Alternatives Analysis Work Plan, Attachment A to this motion, is hereby approved.
