BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF KING COUNTY:
      SECTION 1.  Ordinance 15652, Section 91, as amended, is hereby amended to delete the following:
      NATURAL RESOURCES AND PARKS ADMINISTRATION - From the solid waste fund there is hereby appropriated to:
      Natural resources and parks administration      $5,346,810
      The maximum number of FTEs for natural resources and parks administration
shall be:      29.06
      ((P1 PROVIDED THAT:
      Of this appropriation, $100,000 shall not be expended unless the parks division provides a report by March 30, 2007, that identifies and assesses the legal and financial challenges to the completion of the Raging River Trail.
      The report shall be filed in the form of 11 copies with the clerk of the council, who will retain the original and forward copies to each councilmember and to the lead staff of the growth management and natural resources committee, or its successor.))
